3 [2 pounds boxes] pf Velveeta cheese or store brand. [store brand works just as well.
1/2 cup butter
2c. milk
3 1/4 cups of cream, or evaporated milk
dash pf Worcestershire sauce
pinch, [1/8 teaspoon of dry mustard
melt cheese, in double boiler, add milk, butter, cream, and the rest of it.
have your jars hot and sterilized,
pour mixture into your jars.
put on hot lids, and rings.
hot water bath 20 minutes.
now one thing is clear, have your jars clean and sterilized, and your hot water bath water , have that boiling. take jars out, might want to gently turn them upside down and back, as they cool.
but don't have to.
OK, this is it, done. enjoy. real good with a lot of thing's. and can also make mac and cheese with this, in a pinch and it is good.

Thanks so much! I printed it out to save, hope you don't mind that. Just two questions though. Jars. Which kind and size? And how many will this make? Thanks again!

I put it in jelly jars or pints. jelly jars are great for this.

I use half pint jars, or jelly jars, yo u should get 8 to 10 or more, depending on the size of your jars.
I don't put it in quarts.
half pint jelly jars are the best, and you could get alot more. I have to stop and think about a single batch of this.
probably 8 to 12 jars. it all depend on your jar size. do not use quart jars.

I have quite a bit of half and half in my freezer....could I use that instead of the cream? I've been looking for a way to use it. Do you use the big black water bath kettle for this small a jar so that they're covered with water?
