yah know Doc, with the North component being the one that is almost -800nT and it has been holding there for hours, and the East and Vertical are holding steady at significant positive values. I note that these are almost DC deviations, they would fool circuitry that was designed to filter out short term AC fluctuations in the magnetic field, such as are caused by normal solar fluctuations. It is almost like someone is trying to mess with the back up magnetic navigation systems that cross calibrate GPS systems, in particular the smaller systems that are on.... um.. self contained, deliverable...um... weapons systems.... that do not have a way to quickly respond to a change in the DC magnetic field.

I would guess... that upon weapons release by the opponent of whom ever is creating the DC magnetic field over the Arctic delivery path (hint hint). that there would be a change to a new (Non Zero) magnetic field triplet, thus confusing any workarounds that had been implemented to take care of this current field, or the return to normal AC fields.

In summary, if the these readings take a significant change, and stay there for a few minutes, you might want to change your diapers.... might be your last chance..

As per the HAARP Magnetometer chart, 1830 UTC was the time they flipped the switch.
Looked at the quake sites, there were no significant quakes around this time period, not to say that it will not be quake related at a later date due to stress buildup by HAARP.

Typhoon status for JANGMI declared at 0600 UTC 9/25, winds speed 75 mph. Intensity increase throughout the day with wind speed of 90 mph @ 1800 UTC.

The question now is, was HAARP turned on (@1830 UTC 9/25) to modify Typhoon JANGMI for purposes of weather wars against China from now till landfall.

If this is the reason it will be interesting where JANGMI makes landfall (tracked for China) and what infrastructure will be taken offline.

The connection that hurricanes GUSTAV & IKE have is that they both struck our GOM oil production facilities.
Interesting feature of IKE was that IKE increased from a Invest to CAT 4 status in less than 24 hours all in cooler waters than the Gulf of Mexico.... what are the chances of that ?

Don't know that much about HARP, and probably should do a little more reading.

One odd thing though, since Christmas, I've had a large HP printer combo (just barely over one year old), hard drive (less than a year old), UPS (computer power supply) and a few smaller electronics, all fry or go haywire. We had a bunch of light bulbs go out one day (all on the same day). Should have noted the day but didn't. Maybe some connection, maybe just nothing at all too.

Now, what I want to know---is DiasterCat from Ireland eating popcorn right now? "cause she always gets a craving for popcorn right before abig earthquake. Maybe not scientific, but it does make me wonder what she has had on her recent snacking menu!

Just had a huge craving for chips (thick French fries) which sometimes happens in place of popcorn. They guys were ordering Chinese take away so I got some, but all I really ended up eating was the chips. Like popcorn, this is not a good sign. I've cracked the top of one of my toes, so I'm not going downstairs a lot, so this could have just been comfort food. But with the shaking going on, I'm more inclined to think its earthquake. On the other hand, I haven't had any of the "oh my goodness I must have popcorn/chips right now or else" they way I did the other night (and the 7.5 or whatever it was) at exactly the same time as the quake.

So, my guess is continued moderate shaking with the possibility of another 6.9 or larger in the next 48 to 72 hours, but I'm still not really good at this. Most of the time, we notide the popcorn connection after the quake. Though DH always makes jokes now when I pull out the popcorn machine.

Still there is a big difference between the usual - gee I think I'll have popcorn as a like snack and "MUST HAVE POPCORN NOW!!!" I tend to get with a 6.9 or larger quke somewhere.

If I notice anything more, I'll post here. Meanwhile, since I don't have a good sense of direction on this stuff, I'd pay attention to where swarms are happening and/ or other Earth Quake sensatives that are better at pinpointing than me.
