Just wondering what I can start in doors now with gardening ??

you can begin setting out your greens and early vegetables at the beginning of march. look to start head lettuce, cabbage, broccolli, cauliflower, onion and garlic from seed now as you may be able to get these out in just a few weeks. you might be able to direct sow greens such as spinach, loose leaf lettuce, chard, sorrel, turnips and peas about the same time. and most of your summer vegs may need to be started around the time you set these out. check your seed packs/company to see how much lead time you need. most are around 4-6 weeks before setting out. don't forget to harden your plants off if the temps outside are drastically different from where you are starting them. do this by setting them outside for part of the day for a couple days prior to planting. good luck!
