I copied most of these to my external drive and may get a binder and printer cartridge just to print them out. I liked the writing style and the fact that while the site is selling products, they don't make a big deal about it and give you a scratch recipe you can use instead of their mixes etc.

This sort of gets back to the old days when many companies put out good cooking, sewing or knitting books to sell their products but also help people improve what they were doing. The modern way has just been to tell folks "take this can and mix it with this box..." These instructions are more like, you can use our mix or you can... much better. If I lived in the US I'd be more likely to buy their products if I wanted something and I am looking seriously at some of their speciality pans...

You are all very welcome. I saved it to my hard drive also. Just waiting to be able to get some ink to print them out. I definitely want a hard copy.

This is my first visit to this room and what a goldmine of information. I too will be burning up the printer. I have a lot of recipes already copied for and when TSHTF, easy simple recipes.

Hope you don't mind that I've bumped an older thread.

Just wanted to say thank you for the link. Just saved the Emergency and Outdoor Bread Manual and printed it out. Spent a little time looking at some of the other topics. Will definitely be checking more of them out as time permits.

Thank you.
