Seeds have sprouted - now what?

All my little seeds have just sprouted. I know I need to remove the covers from them. I am also going to go buy a grow light for them when I get off work today.

Their soil is very moist. I am afraid of losing them. Would it help to add more soil to them? Right now they are growing in flats. I was thinking of moving them to something larger, liky styro cups and adding more soil. I will plant each one individually in peat pots when they are bigger.

Any tips?

i usually wait until they are 2-3 in before considering the move, but some need more space at different stages.
