Any clues about this?

I was trying to figure out the best place to put this thread, if it shouldn't be here, please move it.

I was wondering if anyone knows western PA? THe hubby would like for us to move to Altoona or thereabouts and he has asked me to look into modular homes and getting a piece of land. Does anyone out that way know what the prices are like? Or which city near that way is better?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
