My tomatoes have these TINY, tiny spider mites orangish color.. you can barley see them and leave a webbing. How do you get ride of them?

I'd try soapy water, sprayed on them as forcefully as you can manage as a first attempt. If that doesn't work (you'll need to get under the leaves as well as the top surfaces), maybe DE (diatomaceous Earth) would work.
That's about how I work... I start with the simplest, least toxic route and work my way up. The only thing that makes me grab the Sevin these days are those rotten huge gray squash bugs. Even rotenone doesn't seem to touch them- I swear they thrive on it!

Another thing that has worked for us is to get some "Orange Guard" spray, dilute it with water, and then spray it on the ground or wherever they are. It's made from orange peel and is safe near food, etc.

Where would I find orange guard? Haven't heard of it before...

We get ours at our local "Ace" hardware stores, and there are a couple of other stores in our area that sells the stuff. We use it in the house instead of regular poisons. Here is more about it:
