Planting the "other garden"

patticakes and I, the kids, and some of the neighbors planted the other garden yesterday. It is located away from our neighborhood at a property owned by a neighbor.

This is kind of a community garden, we all pitch in, we all get food:mrgreen:

Most of it was planted from seed other than the tomatoes and peppers. We planted a metric ton of corn, as well as lettuce, onions,beans, watermelons,pumpkins,squash...etc.

We got the work done quite quickly with everyone working at the same time.

We were all quite tired afterwards since we are all old and lazy:mrgreen:

Looks good Scotty. I notice it's on a paved road. Is there a neighbor that is going to keep an eye on it for yall why you're not there? Oh yeah....where are you putting the sweet potatoes? :-D

There is a house on the property with a relative of the owner living in it, so it will be watched.
