Great News! Illinois has no plans! :mrgreen:

I clicked on Illinois and got a "file not found" message. The interesting thing is, the file that was not found was titled "Planfinal0302revised0105". Plan final? Oh, that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside!

It says that Ohio's plan isn't available on there until November, but it can be had at other sites like the Ohio Dept of Health.

That's because they spent all their efforts on the last election and they are still on their much-deserved vacation.

Seriously though, there was a plan on the Internet at one time, but I haven't looked for it in a couple years.
