I was asked for the recipe, so here it is. :)

When you make chicken fried steak, make a double batch and put half aside for Mexican swiss steak the next day.

Start with the proper amount of breaded, fried, steaks.

Lay them in a large, shallow pan. I use 12 steaks so the amounts I pour on top are for that much. Adjust all the veggies to your own taste.

On top of the steaks, pour:

2 quarts of diced tomatoes
1 quart of diced green chilis (anaheims)
1/2 pint jalapenos, diced
Layer on 3 or 4 sliced bell peppers
and 5-6 sliced onions

In a bowl mix up worcestershire sauce (maybe a cup), heinz 57 (about 1/4 cup), A1 (about 1/4 cup) and tabasco (3 or 4 T)

Sorry about the measurements, I pour, stir, taste, repeat until it's good

Pour the liquid on top, cover and cook at low heat for 3-4 hours (I make this in winter alot and just set it on the wood stove). Serve it over rice or fettucini noodles.

When we go camping I make this with stew meat, just coat and fry it and then it makes a thick goulashy kind of thing. I also use it with any gamey meat.
