Since I know some of you and don't know some others.. wondering how many are ham radio operators here.

Me, I have been a ham since 1999, active in ARES and an EC in my old hometown before I moved here to Nevada.

Perhaps we can work out a rag-chew sometimes.

eXe,
Hi, I am a ham as is my XYL. I have been licensed since 1994. Origingally from CA and now live on a remote farm in ND. Call is AB0WU.
I just heard about this site on The Steven Quyle radio program.

I'm a ham, have been since '82. Next month I'm eligible for Quarter Century Wireless membership. (Yay?)

I passed the Amateur Extra in March of last year. Lately, I haven't been too active, mostly just listening to HF.

The 2 meter scene in my area has devolved to clicks and clans, so I usually leave it turned off.

Ill have to listen for ya.. right now I can only do the tech no code 10 meter band.. (which has been fun), but I plan on upgrading in 2008.

Hey EXE,

I recently got into ham when I got serious about preparing. I am getting involved in the local ARES group and usually run HF and Pactor. Maybe a net try in the future?

Take care,
