All His Promises Are Yes and Ameyn
(2 Corinthians 1:20) "For many as are the promises of Yahweh, they all in Him[Messiah] are Yes, and in Him Ameyn, to the glory of Elohim through us."
Dearly beloved of our heavenly Abba, we have been given many exceedingly great promises, including that of Salvation, the infilling of the Spirit, our future within the New Yerusalem, etc. However, at this time, I am feeling Him drawing our attention to the promises of our Salvation. What is Salvation exactly? Much too often, many concentrate merely on the saving of our spirits from the curse of sin and death, while excluding the other aspects of what is available to us. Within the Hebrew, the main three words for Salvation are : "Yeshua; Yesha; Teshua", of which are a very important part of our Messiah Yahushua's name, which means : "Yahweh saves". Salvation in essence is : "health, wholeness, prosperity, protection, and deliverance."
Since the fact remains that many of us are not witnessing the full manifestation of Messiah's Salvation (such as divine healing, prosperity, etc.) within our own lives, some are succumbing to various aspects of vanity, including the acts of questioning whether our Abba's promises are indeed for today through taking certain Scriptures out of context and misinterpreting them, resorting to the futility of begging or trying to manipulate Him through methodology as if He needs His arm twisted in order to give us whatever we need, or second-guessing our measure and level of faith in saying that it's not sufficient enough to bring forth the answers we seek, etc. All of this is causing much confusion within the collective Body of Messiah, and many believers are walking around with a heavy burden within their hearts, having lost their joy and strength. This should not be so!
A promise is a "vow ; oath ; pledge", and since He cannot lie, everything He has spoken is true and shall not be broken, for His Blood Covenant is forever. Let us consider what the Spirit inspired in 2 Corinthians 1:20. All of the promises which have been made by Abba Yahweh are Yes and Ameyn within and through our Messiah, including the healing (Ex.15:26b; Psalm 103:1-3; Is. 53:5 ; 1 Pet. 2:24), prosperity (Deut. 28: 1-14; Josh. 1:7,8; Job 36:11; 3 John 2), protection (Psalm 91 ; Is. 54:17 ; Psalm 34: 7), and deliverance (Job 5:19 ; Ps. 34:19 ; 2 Tim. 4:18; 2 Pet. 2:9), etc.
Rather than placing our concentration on how much faith we have, how much prayer we've prayed, how many Scriptures we've quoted, etc., which take away our focus from Yahweh,...let us keep our eyes fixed on Yahushua our Messiah who is the Author and the Finisher of our faith (Heb. 12:2a). It is ultimately not about our own works,...but His being manifested through us as we enter His Rest by faith, casting all of our cares upon Him who takes care of us. Lay down all of your attempts and burdens, placing complete and full trust in the One who loves us with an everlasting love, and whose plans for us are for peace and not calamity, to give us a Hope and a Future.
As we gain increasing revelation of His Love by the continual enlightenment of the Spirit through spending ample time within His Presence, we begin to see increasing glimpses of the infinite awesomeness of how much our wonderful Abba loves us, and desires to bring us into the fullness of our glorious inheritance within this mortal life and the next, which is eternal. It is His perfect Love which casts out all fear, doubt, unbelief, and anything else which is contrary to His holy nature. As we continually abide with a Covenant-Relationship consciousness, we will be at ease and not become weighed down by things which we do not comprehend or understand, but remain full of His joy in knowing that whatever He has promised, He also shall fulfill in His divine manner and timing, for His glory. HalleluYah!!!
(2 Peter 1:3,4) "...His divine Power has given us all things that we need for Life and Godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which we have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through covetousness."
(1 John 2:20) "...you have an Anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things."
Rather than looking up to the sky for Him to rain down the answers we seek and the provisions we need,...we should see that everything that we require is already within the Anointing of the Spirit of Abba who abides inside of us. This is why we shouldn't labor in trying to gain things through futile self-efforts or attempting to extract our promised blessings from the Most High Elohim, for He has already given us the guarantee, placing It within our hearts. Don't focus on the negatives of what you see and hear all around you, for it is merely a distraction from the enemy. But rather,...may we all hear His own divine Words :
(Psalms 46:10,11) "Be still ...and know... I AM Elohim. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth. Yahweh of hosts is with us. The Elohim of Jacob is our refuge. Selah(muse and ponder)."
It is Him, our Secret Place who is the true peace and love which surpasses all knowledge and understanding, as well as the Source of unspeakable joy. It is in this that we enter His divine Rest and gain the refreshing that we so desperately need, having no fears or worries, for He IS here.....IN us. Let us cease all of the useless striving, and just....relax in His Presence at all times. No matter what we are doing on a daily basis,...it is this Mind of Messiah which can enable us to walk and live in the Spirit without hindrance. Nothing can separate us from His Love. As Acts 17:28 says, "In Him we live, move, and have our being,....for we are His offspring."
