Gingerbread coffee mix

A friend sent me this. so i thought I would share it.

Gingerbread Coffee Mix

Ingredients
3 Cups Coffeemate Powdered Creamer
1 Cup Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger-Ground
1 Tsp Cinnamon-Ground
1 Tsp Allspice-Ground
1 Tsp Nutmeg-Ground
1 Tsp Cloves-Ground
3/4 Cup Instant Coffee

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and turn on until a fine
powder. Use a couple of heaping teaspoons or more according to taste.
To make the flavored coffee creamer just leave out the coffee portion. You
can also use decaffeinated coffee.

Thanks :D Flavored coffees are one of my weaknesses. I cant afford the horrific prices of the international coffees in those tiny tins. I have a few recipes that I use already. This recipe sounds yummy.

For a peppermint flavored coffee use the same basic recipe and just crush up peppermint candy in the blender instead of the other spices.

Another great treat is to drop a peppermint chocolate [Andeas mints work great] into your coffee and stir till it melts :D If that doest appeal to you try a chocolate covered cherry, you even have the cherry to eat at the bottom of the cup :!:
