i was getting the garden ready to till, and as i was cleaning up the bed, i found a little baby bunny still with the eyes closed. i was going to get a bucket to move it as it was clearly lost and not where it should be.
i turned around and it was gone.
a little bit later, we start tilling

what was that rabbit thinking? even if we hadn't tilled, that was just a real bad spot for it. cats roam free, snakes, etc.

My son saw bunnies on the commuter train tracks. Apparently, one of their friends decided to seek refuge on the tracks. I wonder how many more have been run over during their vigil to mourn their friend?

well, i didn't use it as a hockey puck.
there was no way for us to have known the den was there as it was under ground, but no mounding or anything. it was weird. i had never seen that before like that. usually, there are tell tale signs, but this was just unfortunate for those bunnies

One of my does lost a litter. This rabbit has a big walk-in cage with a nest box. I hadn't looked in on the babies for a bit - thought I'd check on them today. Gross! I don't know what happened. Her last litter is doing well, and she seems fine.
Aw, I was just teasing. The irony is in the biggest little blue state people can shoot and stab each other all day long until Rapture and they don't get as much jail time as this kid's facing.Quote:
