just to let everyone know, you CAN copy and print recipes from any of the cookbooks that are kindle cookbooks!
i suppose many already knew that, but i didn't and if i didn't, then probably someone else did not either.
anyways.... highlight the portion you want to copy, then click on the button that will show up that says copy. then open your notebook in your computer under accessories, and paste it in the notebook and save and print! that way, you won't have to either write down a page of intructions, or else keep running back and forth from the kitchen to the computer like i am LOL
and, if there are certain ones you want to keep special, then you can print and make up your own favorite recipes book
