Congressman Mike Rogers' Opening Statement on Healthcare Reform

I'm no fan of Michigan Republican Congressman Mike Rogers because he is a big-time proponent of the NSA spy state -- yuk!!!, but I guess a broken clock is right twice a day. Here's an opening statement he gave in congress re: the healthcare reform bill. It was taken off the videotapes of the floor of our national legislature and is about 4 minutes long:
