Anyone have an good recipes for canned (bottled cod). I always consider it "the poor man's lobster"...but it's very soft once canned. I don't really care for tuna casserole...but trying to think of something yummy to make....
I just made fish cakes from some freezer burned steelhead. If you add eggs, bread crumbs, sage, celery, and I used dried horseradish and some truffle salt, any soft fish is yummy.
