A phased plasma pulse-laser in the forty watt range...
I usually grab the remote, walk over to the door and as I push the button, give the door a hard kick to the bottom frame. That's always worked for me.
I use the heel of my foot to kick.
If it doesn't move be sure to hit the down button really quick. Won't burn up the motor that way.
I got it to open!!! I used very warm water along the bottom and that did it. Thanks to everyone for your help.

Most of the time it is only a small skim of ice holding the door. Make sure there is no moisture there when you close it for the night.
My door sticks like that if there is a couple of pieces of snow clogs that thaw out when the sun melts it down and then we get a cold night.
