    Default Asparagus soup

    Does anyone have a recipe for Asparagus soup that doesn't use white flour as a thickener? Low-carb soup?

    You can use a small amount of arrowroot to thicken. It's low carb as you use VERY little.

    I thicken mine with cornstarch.
