Has anyone tried it?? Or is it too hot outside for this now? I am doing the swiss chard recipe quite often too. Hubby loves spinach but it too has gone out of site price wise. I will be happy to see local farmer's coming to a market. It is a bit sad that we don't have much in the way of local farmers selling their beautiful products. One would think, in our area, that there would be at least a weekly one. We have found one place a few miles from here, but they bring things in and I really like supporting locals who are trying to make it pay to farm. I hope that doesn't sound silly. We don't buy a lot as there are only two of us, but it still feels good to know you help support your neighbors. AL
