    Default Vegetable recipe cookbooks

    Can Anybody recommend any good vegetable cookbooks. Not vegetarian. I'm just on this quest to eat as many of my own vegetables as I can. More like making them the main course with an meat flavoring or meat on the side . I'll be going through whats on here but feel free to make recommendations.

    My DD's favorite is call The Moosewood Cookbook. I also bought her The Silver Palate but I think Moosewood would be perfect for you.
