I saved seeds. I stirred and relocated some seeds from an heirloom tomato I have in the garden...need to dry out another week before I put them in an envelope. I rubbed kernels of Bloody Butcher corn from the cobs and put on top of the refrigerator to finish drying out. Some of the poorer quality kernels I set aside to run through my wheat grinder to feed to my chickens. This corn is an heirloom-variety open-pollinated corn. I got the seed corn last fall from SheWoff right here on the Tree. We had a seed exchange and I really enjoyed it!

That stuff will kill ya. Once the high fructose corn syrup gets out of your system, your tastbuds will adapt. Nothing like fresh squeezed.
But what weapons can you use to dispossess someone who will not accept anything except Holy Scripture interpreted according to his own rules?...Where Lutheranism reigns, learning dies. They seek only two things: good pay and a wife. The gospel offers them the rest — that is, the power of living as they please.

I understand now how Arius and Tertullian and Wickliff were driven into schism by malicious clergy and wicked monks.

Oops, forgot the recipe. Actually we tried a new one this year. I like the old one immensely, kind of a no recipe thrown together batch, but my wife wanted something different. Here's the one we are trying out now. it's in the kitchen simmering down now.

Oh - forgot; got another order of non-H seeds in today. Interestingly enough they give you a free seed package with every order. Today's freebie was some root beet thing good for salads and feeding animals - wife is finally convinced to get chickens so the new seeds are quite timely.
'You have been warned of what they will do, you have a choice.
Sit quiet and do nothing, wait until your hands are bound behind your back,
and you are on your knees in a ditch, begging for your life!
Or as an American, you had the privilege to be born free,
If you wish to die free you better get up off your ass and make it happen.
Stand and fight damn-it, if not these just might be the last words your hear,
    ‘AllahuAkbar! AllahuAkbar! AllahuAkbar!'

Thanks for the link, do you find its spicey enough? Most ketchup tastes more on the acidic side and is usually really bland. Delemonte being the worst ketchup ever. Hunts running a close second!
