    Default Onion Chuck Steak

Another old family recipe by general request...

    Onion Chuck Steak

    1½ pound boneless chuck steak
    2 envelopes Onion cup-a-soup
1 2½ oz. Jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Preheat oven to 375º. Place meat on foil in a shallow baking pan, Sprinkle both sides with Lipton onion cup-a-soup; Top with mushrooms. Wrap loosely, sealing airtight with double fold. Bake 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.

My aunt: “This is the tastiest, easiest bake-in-foil dish I’ve ever tasted. Serve it with baked potatoes and slice tomatoes.”
"I prefer peace. But if trouble must come, let it come in my time, so that my children can live in peace.
