Easy, yummy, cupcakes

We have a plate of these on hand all week.

1 box of spice cake mix
1 can of pumpkin (not mix)
1/2 pkg of cinnamon chips( I found mine at Meijers)

Mix all three together, put in muffin tins that are either greased or papered,
bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 minutes. We don't frost ours but you can.
Bet you can't eat just one.

I eat these ALL the time and love them, but havent ever tried them with the cinnamon chips!

I have also made this as a sheet cake, and cut into squares, and they also work as drop cookies, when I'm especially in a hurry.

I have to go into town anyway, might have to look for some!
