Easy Pecan Pie

[A Simple Pine Box]

1 uncooked pie shell
1/4 c melted butter
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs stirring well then the nuts and vanilla. if desired, decorate the top of the pie with whole nuts. Pour into uncooked pie shell.

Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.

This pie sets up really well and it's tasty!

It's my favorite as well, problem is no one else in the house likes it. So when I make it, I am forced to eat it all! I should add that I don't make this often. It's too hard on me to let the pie sit on the counter all alone.
