    Default Best Chicken Ever/Mock Lobster

This is one of the best chicken recipes I've ever tried. I know what lobster tastes like and it's not lobster, but it is excellent, I give it 5 stars.

    Mock Lobster

Marinate chicken breast and then grill

    Ingredients
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Sounds very Hawaiian. Might be good with some rice!

You would think from the list of ingredients that it would have an Oriental or Hawaiian flavor, but it doesn't. You discard the marinate once the chicken is ready to go on the grill.

I fixed this last night. It was good, but, like you said, it wasn't lobster. Still, I didn't have to twist anyone's arm to make them eat it. I think they would have eaten twice as much as I fixed.

I will make it again, the next time I work up the nerve to grill (I'm grill-impaired)

Sounds very good, and much like a recipe I have for Chinese brown sauce. I will have to give it a try soon.
