I have this one, and it's very nice:
Pre heat 400F
Rhubarb custard pie 9”
Beat 3 eggs slightly
Add 3 tbs milk
1 ¼ cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
½ ts nutmeg (or more if you like it)
Mix in 4 cups cut cubed rhubarb
Put in pastry shell, dot with butter, cover with pastry (make some slits in top), bake 50-60 mins
