So do you want me to eat the weed or not? I'm confused

    Depends on the weed!
Lambsquarters are delicious, and really full of vitamins and minerals!
    Here's what they look like:

Yesterday I weeded my corn patch, but I left everyone of the Lambsquarters. Even the picky eaters in my family love to eat these!

Last summer I decided to experiment with different ways of getting my husband to eat dandelion. One way that I tried was making dandelion noodles. I figured they would be about the same as spinach noodles. They turned out pretty good. We just put butter and salt and pepper on them. You really couldn't taste much of the dandelion, so anybody who normally doesn't like them might eat it that way.

Purslane is supposed to be edible. I haven't worked up the nerve to try it yet, but my garden is loaded with it. I feed it to my bunny, who loves it.
My yard was loaded with lambs quarters last summer. This year, I haven't found one plant.
