The hearts are so delicate and delicious, I don't want to spoil their flavor with added anything except butter melted and a wee bit of salt/lemon if you like. Which reminds me, I need to go and get some more. I noticed the sign on the store has changed and it worries me that there wan't enough trade for them. Rents for businesses in the area are very high. I don't know how any business makes it.
