    HFCS
    White refined sugar
    Unrefined raw sugar
    Cane sugar
    Beet sugar
    honey
    molasses
    maple syrup

    If it's things like candy, sweets, etc., then possibly as these things contain all sorts of salts and gunk that can cause spikes in BP as well as insulin shifts.

    As for the other types I don't know, most excellent question.
