    Looks wonderful! I need to start smoking... our oldest son gave us a smoker for Christmas a couple years ago, and we've never gotten started on it...

    I'd like to make some smoked chicken breasts (from our CornishX birds... a single breast can weigh over 2# from one of those things), and use them (thinly sliced) for sandwich meats...
