    aerobat, i totally understand.

i called your mom and she agrees. maybe it is best that she come and get you and take you home. she feels that maybe she was too hasty and started you at school too soon. she told me she was a little disappointed in some of your behavior. she thinks it's best that she keep you home for a while and let you transition to interaction with other kids by bringing you to some other places and see how that goes. she said she will try again in 6 months and see how it works.

i'm sorry you got a rough start here. i hope it wasn't all bad for you, and i hope to see you again in a little while.

you take care and have fun with your mom

Ya'll was just mean to that little feller. Don't you think?

After all, he was a simple DGI that still believes in the rule of law, and that the final arbiter of justice is government, and surely, no way in the world, would the government ever do anything wrong.

I know he didn't help himself any, by insisting on being right about stuff he didn't know nothing about. But, I've known others who insisted on being the authority on stuff they didn't know nothing about. In fact, I think I know his da da.

    Anyhow, it weren't his fault.
His mother just kicked him out a little too soon, is all...

People Are Taking Out Student Loans to Pay for Kindergarten

This qualifies as a bit of a vague, not totally well-established-in-a-statistical-way trend; but the fact that it exists at all for one single person in America is, I believe, newsworthy. Families are taking out tens of thousands of dollars worth of loans in order to pay for private kindergarten for their whelps.

more at the link and I"ll warn you there's some foul language in the article!

You cannot possibly have one inkling of how Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, and the like have conducted business during the past few years and honestly say that. The only possibilities are that you are completely out of touch with current events, or are dishonest, say, a paid shill for the banksters. Which of those two sole alternatives is it? (I'm mainly asking other members; I doubt I'd get a clear "A" or "B" from you.)

So, since I don't immediately carry the water for the hate the evil banker crowd, you want me silenced. If you think I'm being mean to PW I suggest you take an objective look at her posts to me.

ANYONE WITH A CLUE READS THE FINE PRINT IN ANY DOCUMENT THEY SIGN.

We are (or once were and should be again) a nation of laws. No one is held to a higher standard than banks. It has been stated here that banks and institutions are in a conspiracy to lie cheat and steal at the expense of poor little college kids. Furthermore implied that the Justice department, who is foaming at the mouth to discredit the wall street/ banker types just hasn't gotten around to finding any evidence of that yet. I call BS on that! And PW strongly disagrees and starts to attack the messenger (ME) .

Now all the bank haters think I should be silenced and am arrogant and clueless?? I came to the site to share ideas, if that is a TOS violation I would be surprised.
Not sure if you're still here, or a lurker now, but read this:

    Denninger's spin on it: http://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=204507

Except, of course, when they did. This order says that:
    1. Wells Fargo systematically applied payments in a manner that was directly contrary to the contractual terms in the mortgages themselves and the evidence established that this occurred with every loan in Wells' portfolio. This had the impact of increasing interest, default fees and costs. (In other words, not just one or two loans and not accidentally.)
    2. Wells Fargo systematically applied payments improperly to every loan they have that is in bankruptcy. And again, this systematic and improper application increased interest, fees and costs.

    3. Wells Fargo was found to have exhibited reckless disregard for the stays it violated with its conduct (that is, orders of the court.)
    4. Although its own (Wells Fargo's) representatives have admitted that it routinely misapplied payments on loans and improperly charged fees, they have refused to correct past errors.
Please explain your position now, if you dare.
