4chan is an image board where you can post anonymous, the "hackers" (script kiddies) hang out in /b/.....but be warned, there will be pictures that you will find disgusting. (but you can find valuable information in /b/, you just have to wade through the filth) Though the other boards you can find some interesting information on various subjects. (and won't be so bad)
The thing about anonymous, anyone can claim they are part of anonymous, there are no leaders....many times anonymous will fight each other on lots of subjects. It is chaos.
You can also interact with anon on MIRC, or the deep web.
