    There is a automotive shop owner who only asks two questions to an applicant...How many thousands in an inch? In four words describe the operation of a four cycle engine? My answer .....It all depends who is buried in Grants tomb....and Suck,Squeeze,Bang,Blow. He laughed so hard he had tears in his eyes.He said it was bad that I was not looking for a job.

    Tough shop teachers, but you knew you were going to learn from them. And if you tried hard they gave you a chance to work the problems out.
    Hardest B's I ever earned, came from them.
    And safety was always first, both had spotless safety records.
