True. Even so, there's not enough ammo in this order to do a lot of shooting in a broad based, nationwide, conflict.

If that's true then they are wasting both ammo and money. Use fmj bullets for practice and use hollowpoints for duty.

Really is that a stretch to say the government wastes money.

    No, not Sorcha Fal.

Russia Times is a Russian based network that broadcasts in English to the USA.
Russia Times is using a novel weapon against the USA...

    It's called: Truth.

Which is something you don't hear on our own news networks.

Default Yeah, about that ammo. . .

A multi-year contract for ammunition you say? The new EO Obama signed apparently has a clause to address that issue. . .
    From: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/...s-barack-obama
Orlando's Rep. Adams fears Obama power grab
As written, the executive order outlines the powers the president can exercise "in the event of a potential threat," such as mobilizing for war. These range from the mundane, such as preparing disaster plans, to more robust authority that includes taking control of civil transportation and forcing U.S. companies to prioritize defense contracts.
IOW: They control the companies that produce the ammunition.

Btw, is anyone putting together a list of which agency is getting what?
I mean, there's about 67 Federal Agencies. Most of them are placing orders for ammunition which makes it a bit confusing.

Anyone putting a list together of who's getting what?
