True. Even so, there's not enough ammo in this order to do a lot of shooting in a broad based, nationwide, conflict.

I have a friend who works for Dept of State Diplomatic Security, they only practice with the same rounds they carry for duty and they are hollow points. Same with many local PD's.

If that's true then they are wasting both ammo and money. Use fmj bullets for practice and use hollowpoints for duty.
