Security for all the presidents of the Americas together. (Colombia)

Cartagena, Colombia will be hosting the Summit of the Americas on 2012 . This is all the security on police side needed for all the presidents.
All countries of the Americas will be attending with the exception of Cuba and Ecuador.
This event will take place on april 14th to april 15th.
