I am in need for some help - with chocolate chip cookies
I bake up a really good batch of cookies...
Never had any complaints until my daughter took some to sell to try and raise some funds. The kids said that they were too dry. I did not think so but...then again that is my opinion.
Anyways......I am wondering if there is a secret ingredient that helps cookies to be moist and stay moist after cooking?
I have heard that a bit of Mayo in cake batter helps to keep THAT moist....is it the same for cookies?
Any help will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sun Tzu must have seen babs coming when he put this down in writing: In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemies country WHOLE and INTACT. So, too, it is better to recapture an army entire than to destroy it, to capture a regiment or a company than to destroy them...
