When we say "they," that's a back-hand way of saying the REAL government (aka the puppeteers who are pulling Obama's strings; aka the same ones who pulled W's, Clinton's, GHWB's, etc.). THAT's who we mean when we say "they." And traditionally "THEY" have been VERY efficient. Their seams have begun to show a lot lately, though.

NO...in this case by "they" the entity referred to is the judge in the case
who had been asked by the DA to seal the case. This is actually not an
uncommon occurrence. The only reason anyone would make woo woo out
of it is due to the high profile nature of this incident. You need to get a grip.
We have an evil dangerous government but they DO NOT MICRO MANAGE
EVERY EVENT THAT TAKES PLACE. There is no reason for them to do so.

This is not a MAJOR EVENT....it's a MAJOR TRAGEDY.

The judge was requested to seal the case for a very
good reason. To prevent information from being leaked
and released to the public which invariably makes it
impossible for the legal case to go forward efficiently.
While the legal system itself is quite corrupt not ALL
judges are corrupt. Many of them do actually intend to
for justice to occur, their intentions can be good even if
their actions are not. In this case clamping down on
all the information will lead to a cleaner trial with less
chance of a verdict being vacated or overturned.

The Zimmerman case in FL is another one that would
have benefitted from being sealed. Now one can make
a very good argument that win or lose the trial that
George Zimmerman faces will never be a fair one.

I am not caught up in any "matrix" under the illusion that
all these petty tragedy's are being manipulated by shadowy
figures behind dark curtains. All these events that you and
others are convinced are being orchestrated are merely happy (sic)
coincidences that occur randomly. The people with the plans
are merely allowing them to distract you into thinking these
are their plans so that you won't actually see them as they
implement the plans they are involved in. This and other
similar events are not perpetrated by anyone special. They
merely serve as convenient events that serve to distract the
easily distracted.

Since when does a conspiracy theorist need access to facts? This should be a clear cut death penalty case and, from the government's point of view, a severely tainted jury pool is not in the public interest.

I'd agree that justice really isn't all that important to .gov, just the appearance
of justice. But as sick as Holmes is he is entitled to true justice. Anyone who
thinks he doesn't deserve it should not expect justice for themselves. Rule of law requires justice, rule of man does not want justice.

By micro manage I'm referring to the bizarre obsessive fixation people have about attributing events such as this to some shadowy government agency
assigned to create brainwashed zombies intended to commit random mass murder.

Every time something bad happens the easily distracted come out of the woodwork to make never ending specious and ridiculous claims about .gov being responsible for instigating these episodes. It's a form of insanity not unlike the insanity that leads to these killings.

When you see the tainting of any jury pool in the Zimmerman case because of media babbling--along with idiots like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton--and look at all this babble right now in the media, I see it as a very good thing that the judge clamped a lid on the whole deal. Whatever lawyer Holmes gets will be attacking any and every bit of process and physical evidence in an effort to get Holmes off or to a reduced punishment.

They sealed it because their is information they do not want the public to know, nothing to do with the potential jury.
