I guess it was all her fault, then.

Since they had the drug, and likely have done this before, can we agree to be glad it has come to light, and get @#$% guys prosecuted?

No one said it was her fault. They raped her. She did not help herself avoid the attack however.

personally I would be in favor of repatriating them to iraq out the tail end of a c130. At 30000 ft.

i do NOT think this was her fault. not at all

that said, without knowing this poor lady, i would WONDER (not say with confidence or certainty, only wonder) if she was of the mind set that many.......oh, i have no polite way to say this

perhaps she was raise a social justice or gumdrop and sugar pops mentality and was very naive, thinking that all people are inherently good and want to do the right thing. maybe she was from a very small town where these things did not happen and trusted too much

it doesn't make this her fault, it is just a horrible, horrible lesson in the reasons and ways to try to avoid very bad things happening to you.

one SHOULD be able to go and get their mail in safety (i think that one was a borderline call myself as it doesn't seem the problems began until she interacted with the men), but sadly that is not always the case

in some areas, people DO just go off with a person they have just met and are not expecting anything more than sitting and talking. i don't personally think this is agood idea, but it is what it is. it did not seem like a good idea to engage two groups of men about to start fighting all by yourself. it did not seem a good idea to accept a drink from people she didn't know and trust. this is NOT her fault, but she learned a very painful lesson that will be with her forever

i will be praying for this woman

    and for those men
    float like a butterfly...

The way I was raised, a guy doesn't get pushy with a lady, and all women are considered ladies until some sort of crude behavior proves differently. A guy doesn't create blunt trauma nor use date-rape drugs. Totally wrong.

I vote "stump-hanging" in a deal like this. Any survivors can learn about chuteless sky-diving, as far as I'm concerned. I'm kinda hard-nosed: Gratuitous discourtesy and rudeness is a capital offense.

Rape is rape. Who the parties involved are is irrelevant.

Rape, like murder, happens. And like murder, it pays to use some common sense in trying to avoid it. But, if you have a lot of common sense or a little, murder is still murder and rape is still rape.

Well, rape isn't quite THAT simple. Be great if it were, though. Based on the story provided, this certainly looks like rape.

    Muslims Gang Rape Colorado Woman

Document Reveals Accounts Of Vicious Assault From Victim And Suspects

    KKTV.com
Court documents reveal that the victim of an alleged vicious sexual assault remembers some of the suspects telling her about being unhappy with the way they were treated in the United States. Five Iraqi nationals were arrested in connection with the case.

Two are charged with the crime while all five are charged as accessories with the crime. Some of the victim’s injuries were described by police as being “rarely seen.”

"I can tell you this is one of the most horrific sexual assaults I've seen in my career as a police officer," said Lt. Howard Black with the Colorado Springs Police Department

I can't wait for the DHS and Holder to deney that this was terrorism or a hate crime
Um, don't be suprised if Holder was part of the gang rape!!!

And what the heck is a deney?
