Default Strange hum keeping West Seattle awake

The sound seems to be man made. The question is . . . what is the device causing it? What is the intent of this device? Things that make you go hmm.

Skepticism is the first step toward truth

Revelation 3:20 - Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

And none of the responses at the link deal with the news article.

There are fish that can make a humming buzzing noise as part of their
mating habits. People on or near harbors and bays will often hear it and
    mistake it for manmade sounds.
Pleasing your enemies does not turn them into friends.

Local 302 operating engineers (my local) are prepping the launch pit for the boring machine. Pile driving (vibrator head) for hole shoring, when the driver meets more resistance in the ground it will osculate at a higher rate. Construction schedule for the area.... http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/Projects/SR9...urrentWork.htm
Chains of habit are too light to be felt, until they are too heavy to be broken

Maybe the U.S. Missile Defense Agency’s mobile HAARP facility is back in the ship yard. It was there in May for repairs.

The elevated highway that runs along the waterfront , is being replaced

by a very large tunnel . This " Viaduct " is very old , and has suffered

much damage from EQ and use .

ALSO , the waterfront area SOUTH of the downtown district is mostly

landfill and is expected to liquify if we get any large EQ .

Both of these are between Seattle and West Seattle.

if this helps .........or maybe its ...........
