Default Do you have a good short rib recipe to share?

I have never made short ribs before. We had purchased a 1/4 cow, so now I have a few packages of short ribs. Does anyone have suggestions/recipes to share? Thank you!!

You will think you have died and gone to heaven. I never much cared for short ribs until I found this recipe.

That recipe made me drool. I never have wine in the house and I know it does make everything taste better.

My wife makes them similarly to the tomato-based recipe linked in that article, and I can say they are absolutely delicious! One of my favorite meals that we make

Cut the ribs into three or four bone chunks. Brown well. Put some whole peeled potatoes in the pressure pot. Add about three cans saur kraut, Drain all but one can. Put a little brown sugar over the kraut (two or three table spoons worth) Salt & pepper to taste. I don't use salt on kraut, just pepper. Add the ribs back on top. Salt and pepper the meat. Cook for about twenty to thirty minutes at 10# or 15#.

The sugar really mellows out the kraut. I used to not use it but the meal is better with.
