I got it too. I put cookbooks on my kindle phone app. Then when I am shopping and can't remember what I need, I just pull up the recipe.

just as a tip to anyone that does not know how to look for the books:


go to amazon
in their search bar for amazon, there is a drop down bar that tells you all the catergories for amazon. look for the one that says kindle store. leave the search bar empty, but click the search button. this will bring you to the the kindle store.

on the left, there are sections of the kindle store. go the "kindle e-books" and click. now if you are logged in, you and sort by low to high (that button is on the right towards the top by where the books are listed). this will sort them by cheapest to most expensive. make sure to go through the list for a good ways though as they through in higher priced ones sometimes and you may think the free ones are done, but many times there are more to be found. the sections of books is quite large, and they even have homeschool books in the education section


lots for free, and even more for only $.99! if the book is good, $.99 is a steal!


edit: make sure skim through them at least once a day (and maybe a couple times a day if you can) and they add and change things very quickly. after a few times of looking, you will notice the ones you have seen and one you haven't
