Thanks everyone, I just went to go pick a slew of peaches and came back disgusted.
My DH said they were all ready to go, I found maybe 12 decent ones. The others are a) shriveled up b) hard as a rock but pretty in color or c) the ones that are ripe are bug infested.
So, I guess I will check everyday and get the ones as they just start to soften to at least consume. We have peach orchards for miles around us but I hate to have to go buy some.
We just do not like using pesticides and guess that is why we have what we have. Last year not the problem.
My garden this year is awful the tomatoes are slow and few vs. a bonanza last year. I was hoping to can up some tomatoes but again, not much to be had and they are just now getting big.
I will keep the suggestions for next year.
Ephesians 6:12-13
We aren’t fighting against human enemies but against rulers, authorities, forces of cosmic darkness, and spiritual powers of evil in the heavens. Therefore pick up the full armor of God so that you can stand your ground on the evil day
