That hideous photo is in the parking lot and side area of the CT State Police and their public safety-gun control center on River Road in Middletown.
Now it is to register your guns, ammo and mags.

Anyone have any examples in history where armed men of conviction came to the aid of those who wantonly complied with civil invitations to register....or disarm.
I don't see any large scale force being applied to men who refuse to consent.....yet....

We're waiting for similar "laws" here in the Ocean State.
Except we're making plans to counter these violations of the US Constitution.
I'm not sure I want to say what those plans are in public for personal OPSEC reasons.
As an aside I've been reading "Gun Control in the Third Reich" by Stephen Halbrook (http://jpfo.org/alerts2013/alert20131215.htm) and it's literally being repeated almost law by law. Almost as if they're using these laws as a template. Only difference at this point is the Liberal Weimar Republic and later the Nazis shot on sight anyone found with an "illegal" weapon and sent their families to concentration camps.
