We planted a paypaya tree last spring and it's loaded with the fruit. We've tried a few different ways of eating it and we're having a hard time, partly with the smell. We've tried it fresh in salads and we just dehydrated a bunch. Nothing is working all that well, which is very frustrating given the huge amount of fruit we're getting. We've also looked on-line for recipes and didn't turn up much that looked good. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
