Thats the point though. Healthcare is unaffordable and has been for quite some time because of socialism. Insurance itself is the cause, providing ever increasing payouts to healthcare and passing those costs along. It is the exact same problem as college education and the impact student loans have had in inflating those costs.

    Free market doesn't exist.

I agree. IMO, companies should not be given incentives to provide health insurance. They could be given incentive to provide HSA'S where the employee shops for healthcare and catastrophic insurance. These all inclusive plans, along with government systems are killing the market.
SS/Medicre, Disability, Unemployment, College Grants and Welfare are baby bottles for Socialist.

Sonia Sotomayor may have saved Obamacare

That choice is not at issue in King. The dual system of federal and state exchanges is a feature of the law. And to Sotomayor, this choice cannot be squared with Carvin’s interpretation that tax subsidies are available only to people participating in state-run exchanges.

That’s a constitutional problem. “If we read it the way you’re saying,” she said, “then we’re going to read the statute as intruding on the federal-state relationship, because then the states are going to be coerced into establishing their own exchanges.”
