    The mortgage debt service ratio is back to Q1 1981 levels:


    That is a Hugh DOT if there ever was one.

    How many trillions of dollars have been lost in this so called Recession?

    Lack of supply??

    Also, this happened even though Fannie & Freddie reduced the down payment percentage to - what, 3% or something like that.

    I'm hoping things get cheaper for the next six or so months, theoretically, by then, I'll be in the market. ( Until then, I'm broke )

    Real sales always are below the PENDING SALES numbers...

    Pending sales are those that have started the process to buy a house, not all sales will survive to the final actual BUY....
