Chicago Truck Driver Faraz Namdari Cited After Driving Over Veterans’ Graves At Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery…
As if truck drivers look for a cemetery to make a U turn in.
    Via Herald News:
Elwood police have cited a truck driver after he allegedly entered the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery and ran an 18-wheel semitrailer over the graves of three veterans.
Disobeying the “No Truck” signs posted at the entrance to the cemetery off Route 53, the driver told police he was traveling Monday afternoon to a warehouse located at the nearby intermodal facility operated by CenterPoint Properties, according to a news release from Elwood initiative Safe Roads Illinois.
Identified by Elwood Police Chief Fred Hayes as Faraz Namdari, 43, of Chicago, the driver rolled the truck over the graves, narrowly missing several headstones, the release stated. Namdari was stopped by cemetery staff who notified police.
Police issued three citations to Namdari. He was cited with disobeying a 5-ton weight limit sign, operating an over-length truck and spilling debris on the roadway.

Refugee Who Aimed To Attack Idaho Fourth Of July Celebrations Sentenced To 25 Years In Prison…
In the interim the Administration is opening the flood gates for refugees.
    Via Fox News:
An Uzbek refugee authorities say had an unwavering commitment to kill personnel at a military base or civilians at crowded Fourth of July celebrations in downtown Boise, Idaho, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Fazliddin Kurbanov received the sentence Thursday that includes three years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine. He will also face deportation proceedings after serving the prison sentence.
A federal jury in August convicted Kurbanov of conspiracy, attempting to support a terrorist organization and possession of bomb-making components. Kurbanov has maintained his innocence.
“Your honor,” Kurbanov told U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge through an interpreter, “I’d like to say that I’m not a terrorist. I’ve never been a terrorist.”
But Lodge in handing down the sentence said Kurbanov “intended to commit jihad against the United States.”
Prosecutors say the 33-year-old Russian-speaking truck driver who fled Uzbekistan in 2009 downloaded jihadist and martyrdom videos from a terrorist website and communicated with a terrorist organization, the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan. Authorities monitored his communications and arrested him in 2013.
Besides targeting Boise, authorities said, Kurbanov also discussed with a confidential FBI source targeting military bases, in particular West Point Military Academy in New York.

Tipster tells Philly police that cop shooter was part of still-active jihad cell

January 10, 2016 6:45 pm By Robert Spencer 14 Comments
He was “not the most radical of the four,” and the other three are still at large.

“Philadelphia Police, FBI Investigate New Threat Against Law Enforcement After Ambush, Shooting of Officer,” by Morgan Zalot, NBC10.com, January 10, 2016 (thanks to Steve):
Philadelphia Police are investigating an anonymous tip which claims a group affiliated with the man accused of shooting an officer in an ambush attack is threatening other officers in the city. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
Tensions ran high in the Philadelphia Police Department Sunday in the wake of an attempted assassination of an officer by a man allegedly claiming he did it “in the name of Islam” after an anonymous tip to officers on Saturday said the threat against police in the city is ongoing.
According to a police report obtained by NBC10, an anonymous tipster told officers that, “the threat to police is not over” and that the man who shot Officer Jesse Hartnett is “part of a group that consists of three others,” adding that alleged shooter “is not the most radical of the four.” The report obtained Sunday goes on to say the tipster told police to “be careful.”
Law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday afternoon that police did indeed receive a tip that Edward Archer, the man accused of approaching Hartnett’s patrol car at 60th and Spruce streets Thursday night and opening fire on him at point-blank range, was working among a small group of radical men. Authorities said the tip came from a woman who approached an officer on the street.
Police said they are taking the tip seriously and investigating, and that on Sunday, they were issuing memos to all law-enforcement agencies to warn them to stay vigilant as the investigation continues. They also posted on Facebook that the FBI is investigating the tip as well….

Ft. Morgan: Cargill caves to CAIR, will allow Somali workers to reapply for jobs in 30 days

Posted by Ann Corcoran on January 10, 2016
Update! A reader suggests you contact Cargill and complain about their accommodation of Islamic demands. Tell them to hire Americans while you are at it! http://www.cargill.com/contact-us/

It all boils down to the fact that ‘Big Meat’ doesn’t want to pay higher wages and so they have become completely dependent on refugee labor. In the meantime, they are changing the face of rural America.
Fired Somali workers could soon be back on the Job as CAIR has Cargill by the short hairs.

We reported the Ft. Morgan Cargill plant’s woes here as Somalis walked off the job with demands for special accommodation for prayer breaks.
Now here is the news that Cargill has changed its re-hiring policy to get many of those fired Somalis back to work. (While having given CAIR an opportunity to press for sharia workplace compliance!).
    From the Minneapolis Star-Tribune:
Cargill will change its hiring policy — allowing employees to be potentially rehired 30 days after termination, not 180 days — in response to a walkout by Somali workers in Colorado.
After a dispute over Muslim prayer time, about 150 employees at Cargill’s sprawling Fort Morgan, Colo., plant didn’t show up for work for three days — grounds for termination. They were fired. Some of those workers claimed they weren’t allowed to take prayer breaks, while Cargill claimed that it was still following its policy allowing the breaks.
Minnetonka-based Cargill said in a statement Friday that it will change the hiring policy at all of its North American beef plants, allowing former employees terminated for “attendance violation or job abandonment” to be considered for rehiring 30 days after being fired. The workers would have to reapply for their jobs.
“We believe the change in our beef business policy related to how quickly a former employee may be eligible to reapply for positions at our beef plants is a reasonable update to something that’s been in place for quite a few years,” Cargill Beef President John Keating said in a statement.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which has been representing many terminated Somali workers, said it welcomed Cargill’s change in hiring policy, though it criticized Cargill’s prayer break policy as ambiguous.
Now see at the very end, the admission that ‘Big Meat’ is changing America by changing the people.

They can get away with cheap wages as long as the federal government (and their resettlement contractors) continue to bring them fresh refugee laborers every year. While they get away with paying low wages, you supplement the refugee family’s income with welfare payments! What a business model for the meatpacking industry.
Over the past few decades, U.S. meatpacking plants — including in Minnesota — have increasingly relied on immigrant communities for labor. About one-third of Cargill’s workers at Fort Morgan are immigrants, or come from immigrant families from Africa, and are predominantly Muslim. Much of the rest of the workforce there is of Hispanic descent.
    Read it all here.
Here is an interesting map showing Cargill meatpacking and other facilities in North America.

Feds urge schools to shield Muslim students from harassment

January 12, 20167:02 pm By Robert Spencer 11 Comments
Here’s a news item from December 7: “San Bernardino school officials tell KPCC that Syed Rizwan Farook visited eleven school sites to inspect cafeterias through his job as a San Bernardino County health inspector. Officials found out less than a day after the shootings that Farook had been at a high school campus two months before the shootings that left 14 people dead and 21 wounded.” If Farook had committed jihad mass murder in a school instead of at a Christmas party, would the Feds still be in full Muslims-are-victims mode? Absolutely. Without any doubt whatsoever.
No schoolchildren should ever be subjected to any actual discrimination or harassment. This focus on the possibility of Muslim students being harassed, however, is just more of the prevailing Orwellianism: Islam is a Religion of Peace. Terror attacks are carried out by a tiny minority of extremists who don’t represent the religion. The focus should not be on educating students about jihad terror and Islamic supremacism, but on teaching them that Muslims are victims of discrimination and harassment who warrant special consideration. The problem with that is that Islamic supremacist advocacy groups such as Hamas-linked CAIR routinely smear legitimate counter-terror efforts as “hateful” and “bigoted,” and work to get them shut down on that basis. This kind of “urging” from the Feds only feeds that mindset and hinders counter-terror operations.

“Feds Urge Schools to Shield Muslim Students From Harassment,” by Evie Blad, Education Week, January 12, 2016 (thanks to Peter):
As public fears about terrorism hit their highest levels in a decade and anti-Islamic sentiment surges, schools should take extra steps to ensure that Muslim, immigrant, and refugee students feel safe and free from discrimination, the U.S. Department of Education said last week.
Schools are always obligated under federal civil rights laws to respond to harassment and bullying of all students, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or national origin, the agency said in a “Dear Colleague” letter. But that obligation is especially important “at this time when fear and anger are heightened, and when public debate sometimes results in the dissemination of misinformation,” said the letter, signed by the department’s former secretary, Arne Duncan, and its acting secretary, John King.
That urging from federal officials comes as a recent Gallup poll shows that American concern about terrorism reached its highest point in 10 years after the mass shootings in Paris and in San Bernardino, Calif., which were both linked to Muslim extremism.
In the wake of those shootings, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump proposed temporarily barring Muslims from traveling to the United States, and some lawmakers and political candidates supported a halt on the resettlement of refugees from Syria.
Civil rights groups, meanwhile, have been reporting heightened concerns from students and parents about school-based harassment of Muslim students and Sikh students, who are often misidentified as Muslim and faced similar harassment after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
“Kids are asking things like, ‘Is my friend Muhammad going to have to leave the country? Where do we get to go see him if he’s made to leave?’ ” said Jennifer Wicks, a lawyer who handles civil rights complaints for the Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR. “Kids are, unfortunately, hearing that. That’s something that families and schools need to have a discussion about.”
    Singled Out

Muslim and immigrant students may also feel singled out in classroom discussions about current events, Wicks said, or classmates may inadvertently put them in the position of defending all Muslims, which they may feel unprepared or unwilling to do.
And Muslim students often feel targeted by more deliberate harassment, sometimes even by teachers and other staff members, she said.
In a 2014 survey by CAIR California, the organization’s largest state office, 52 percent of responding Muslim middle and high school students reported being “verbally insulted or abused” because of their religion. And 29 percent of responding girls who wore hijabs reported offensive touching or pulling of their head coverings by classmates.
Students interviewed for the report said they don’t report bullying or harassment because the behavior is sometimes presented in a joking tone, or because they fear adults won’t take their concerns seriously.
The Education Department urged schools not to ignore conduct that may range “from abusive name-calling to defamatory graffiti to physical violence directed at a student because of a student’s actual or perceived race or ancestry, the country the student’s family comes from, or the student’s religion or cultural traditions.”
“If ignored, this kind of conduct can jeopardize students’ ability to learn, undermine their physical and emotional well-being, provoke retaliatory acts, and exacerbate community conflicts,” the letter said.
The department called for schools to ensure that systems for reporting and responding to bullying and harassment are understood by all students and staff members.
Claims of discrimination against Muslim students have made headlines in recent months, and some have drawn legal scrutiny.
The U.S. Department of Justice is investigating whether the Irving, Texas, police department violated 14-year-old Muslim student Ahmed Mohamed’s civil rights when officers arrested him after teachers thought a homemade clock he brought to school looked like a bomb.
The family of a 13-year-old middle school student in Gwinnett County, Ga., threatened legal action after they said a teacher asked if the student was carrying a bomb in her backpack. A 7th grader in Vandalia, Ohio, faced potential expulsion after he threatened to kill a 6th grade Muslim student he had called a “son of ISIS,” referring to the Islamic terrorist group that controls territory in Syria and Iraq and whose adherents have been responsible for deadly attacks, including the mass shootings in Paris.
And discussions of Islam can be a sensitive subject for schools. In December, a Virginia district closed due to security concerns after a teacher asked students to write the Islamic declaration of faith in traditional Arabic calligraphy as part of a class assignment.
    Diverse Points of View

Schools must address discrimination swiftly, but they should avoid extinguishing sometimes difficult classroom conversations about current events, the Education Department said.
“To be very clear, working to maintain safe learning communities does not, and must not, mean chilling free expression about the issues of the day—this work is about taking thoughtful steps to create space for open and constructive dialogue, while dealing swiftly with actions that create an unlawful hostile environment,” said the letter.
“Protecting free speech means protecting the ability of your students, faculty, staff, and members of the public to hold and express views that may be at odds with your institution’s strongly held values,” the letter continued. “Schools should not ignore the dissonance that this creates, but should instead consciously use these moments as opportunities for reflection, discussion, and increased understanding.”
Wicks, of CAIR, said teachers may be more mindful of how such conversations affect their Muslim students if they have a basic understanding of Islam. The organization has offered training to schools to help them avoid and address classroom discrimination.
Such efforts are not just a feel-good exercise, school climate experts have said. Research shows that students are likely to disengage at school if the actions of their peers or teachers communicate that they don’t belong. And lower levels of engagement correspond with poorer academic performance.
Efforts to include and support Muslim students don’t look much different from those to support and nurture a healthy school climate for all students, school administrators said.
That may mean calling teachers’ attention to situations that may be particularly stressful for certain students. In the case of Muslim students, conversations on the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks or after international events may spark concerns, they said.
CAIR applauded the actions taken by educators in the Columbia Heights, Minn., district, where teachers and administrators joined students in a school walkout to protest a school board member, who allegedly posted offensive comments about Muslim people’s hygiene on his Facebook page. The school board member, who denied posting the comments, later resigned.
In Southern California’s Corona Norco school district, about 35 miles west of San Bernardino, administrators have not seen an uptick of bullying or discrimination complaints since the recent shootings, even among its Muslim students, said Reginald Thompkins, the district’s administrative director of instructional support. He credited the district’s ongoing school climate efforts….

    Quote Of The Decade

    Posted on January 13, 2016 | Leave a comment

“…You can pretty much carrying on doing all the things you like doing and the only difference is you’ll be doing them for your new religion: you can lie, cheat, steal, rape, kill women and children, and as long as you’re doing it for Allah and his victory over the infidels it’s cool. So we have not just a global terrorist movement and a global political project but a global gang culture insulated within the west’s fastest-growing demographic.”

Foreign operatives and foreign-owned businesses changing America by changing the people

Posted by Ann Corcoran on January 13, 2016
The Wall Street Journal’s Miriam Jordan gives us a peak inside the employment services that the nine major refugee resettlement contractors offer American businesses.
I just want to scream when I see stories like this—what about Americans who might like to own a small business or need work?
Everyone working in ‘pockets of resistance’ must begin to expose the businesses in your city and state that work with refugee contractors to displace American workers. And, don’t forget the Chamber of Commerce! It is all about keeping wages low!
David Miliband, the former British Foreign Secretary (bff Hillary) is changing America by changing the people as CEO of the financially largest US refugee resettlement contractor. He wants 100,000 Syrians in here by the end of Obama’s term.

And, then be sure to find out which elected officials are receiving campaign donations from those same businesses—expose them!
You also must check out the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s micro-enterprise loan program which gives grants to contractors like the International Rescue Committee so they can be big shots and hand those loans out to their refugee ‘clients.’ The story says that the IRC is dishing out $4 million in loans to refugees, but if you could ever get to the bottom line, I will bet you find that most of the $4 million comes through federal and state taxpayers’ pockets.
See the story at the Wall Street Journal and take note of the businesses in Ohio and Kentucky that are working with a federal resettlement contractor to get the cheap refugee labor. It is all the more galling when you know the cheap hourly wages are being supplemented with your welfare dollars in the form of subsidized housing, Medicaid, and food stamps.
    BIG MEAT!

Jordan mentions JBS Swift & Co. hiring refugees in the Louisville, KY area. Swift is a Brazilian-owned company.
Swift CEO is Andre Nogueira a Brazilian, changing America by changing the people! See all others who are helping bring refugee laborers to your towns. http://jbssa.com/about/leadership/

Think about it, a Brazilian company is changing your American town by bringing in cheap immigrant/refugee laborers with the help of federal government supposedly ‘religious’ refugee contractors!
Click here to see where Swift & Co. is operating (and changing your community).
We first learned about the impact of meat packing in conjunction with the refugee industry here in 2008 when we learned about Bill Clinton bringing Bosnian ‘refugee’ labor to Iowa!
I was told repeatedly for years that meatpacking wages were excellent and American workers were very happy with the work until the industry discovered first cheap illegal immigrant labor and then legal immigrant labor, so I took a few minutes (and it only took a few!) to find out that it is factual—wages in meatpacking were excellent BEFORE the 1980’s.
(Related? Remember Hillary’s special little gig involving Tyson Foods)
Really someone should write a book:
How the meatpacking industry demographically destroyed America!

So check this out. Here is some information (and I will bet there is much more if someone really looked into it!) about how wages declined when the industry (now monopolized by four major companies) discovered CHEAP immigrant labor.
The average wage of animal slaughterers and processors remained comparatively strong from the 1960s through the early 1980s. The average wage earned by a meat packing employee during the 60s and 70s was 14-18 percent higher than their counterpart in the larger U.S. manufacturing sector. The peak average hourly wage of a meat packing employee during this period was nearly $20 an hour when adjusted for inflation. [Remember Jordan reports that the refugees in KY are making about $10 an hour today—ed]
    [….]
The 1980s were a transitional decade for America’s meat packing industry. Developments such as improved distribution channels allowed meat packing companies to move out of urban, union-dominated centers and relocate to rural areas closer to livestock feedlots. New industry powerhouses like Iowa Beef Processors (IBP) sought to undercut the competition by operating on slim profit margins, increasing worker speed and productivity, and cutting labor costs.
Please remember readers that this is all about MONEY (Democrat voters, and erasing borders)!

Forget the BS about how bringing refugees to America is all about humanitarianism!

Heartache: Al Jazeera America To Close…
Al Gore should take a second look at that check they gave him for Current.TV it might be printed on tissue paper.
    Via NY Times:
The cable news channel Al Jazeera America, which debuted in 2013 to great fanfare when it promised to cover American news soberly and seriously, is shutting down at the end of April. The move was announced at a companywide meeting on Wednesday.
In a memo to the staff, Al Jazeera America’s chief executive, Al Anstey, said the “decision by Al Jazeera America’s board is driven by the fact that our business model is simply not sustainable in light of the economic challenges in the U.S. media marketplace.”
“I know the closure of AJAM will be a massive disappointment for everyone here who has worked tirelessly for our long-term future,” he continued. “The decision that has been made is in no way because AJAM has done anything but a great job. Our commitment to great journalism is unrivaled.”
