REVEALED: ISIS-supporting Iraqi refugee 'planned to set off bombs at two Houston shopping malls after buying material on e-Bay'

Omar Faraj Saeed Al-Hardan, a Palestinian Iraqi refugee, wanted to set off bombs at two Houston malls and bought materials on Ebay, police said on Wednesday.

“An Iraqi refugee who is facing charges that he tried to help the Islamic State group wanted to set off bombs at two Houston malls and was learning to make electronic transmitters that could be used to detonate explosive devices.” Solution: bring in more refugees! Anyone who thinks otherwise is a racist, bigoted Islamophobe.

Federal agent says Iraqi refugee wanted to bomb Texas malls,” by Juan A. Lozano, Associated Press, January 14, 2016:
HOUSTON — An Iraqi refugee who is facing charges that he tried to help the Islamic State group wanted to set off bombs at two Houston malls and was learning to make electronic transmitters that could be used to detonate explosive devices, a federal agent testified.
Omar Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, who came to Houston from Iraq in 2009, was indicted last week on three charges, including attempting to provide support to a designated terrorist organization. He pleaded not guilty to all three charges during a court appearance on Wednesday.
U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes denied granting Al Hardan a bond, ruling that there would be a serious risk that the Iraqi refugee would flee if released from federal custody.
Hughes made his decision after listening to testimony from Homeland Security Special Agent Herman Wittliff, who said that in addition to Al Hardan wanting to set off bombs at the two Houston malls, including the popular Galleria mall, the Iraqi man was also learning how to make electronic transmitters that could be used to detonate improvised explosive devices. Al Hardan wanted use cellphones — a collection of which were found in his apartment — to detonate the transmitters, Wittliff said.
“He wanted to build them (the transmitters) for ISIL,” Wittliff said.
“For what purpose?” asked prosecutor Ralph Imperato.
“So he could kill people,” Wittliff replied.
Al Hardan’s arrest prompted criticism of the Obama administration’s refugee policies from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who has been a leader among Republican governors calling for a halt to resettlement of Syrian refugees in their states. Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas called for a retroactive review of all refugees who have come to the U.S.
Immigrant advocates say they have full confidence in the vetting process and that tens of thousands of Iraqi refugees have been successfully resettled in the U.S.
Al Hardan’s older brother, Saeed Faraj Saeed Al Hardan, has said his sibling has denied any wrongdoing and that neither his brother nor anybody in their family had ever expressed any support for the Islamic State.
Prosecutors allege Al Hardan was coordinating efforts with another Iraqi refugee living in California, Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab. The two men communicated through Facebook messenger from April 2013 to October 2014 and talked about getting weapons training and eventually sneaking into Syria to fight alongside the terrorist group, Wittliff said.
The agent also testified Al Hardan received training on how to use an AK-47 assault rifle in November 2014 on a farm outside Houston from a confidential informant who was working with federal authorities.
During the hearing, Wittliff read aloud excerpts from a conversation that authorities had recorded between Al Hardan and his wife in October 2014. Prosecutors did not say how the recording was obtained.
“Once I get the passport I will leave America, I will leave. I will make a widow of you,” Al Hardan said to his wife, according to the excerpt read in court. “I will go to Syria. I am not wacko. I am not wacko. I am speaking the truth. I want to blow myself up. I want to blow myself up … I am against America.”…
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.

Florida Hezbollah Imam Travels to Syria and Back Did Mohamad al-Halabi visit his terrorist nephew in Damascus?

    January 14, 2016

Mohamad al-Halabi, a.k.a. Mohamad al-Fouani, the imam of the American Islamic Center of Florida, may operate out of Pompano Beach, Florida, however a good part of his life still resides in the Middle East, including his associations with the terrorist organization Hezbollah. In November, al-Halabi left the shores of the United States to travel to his native home of Syria. While there, he visited family, but were they his Hezbollah family?
Recently the American Islamic Center of Florida or AICF moved from Boca Raton, where it had been a part of the community since 2003, to its new location in Pompano Beach. It seems the move has also prompted Mohamad al-Halabi, the Shiite mosque’s imam, to go by another name, that being Mohamad al-Fouani.
For the mosque and the imam it is a new beginning, though it is not enough to shake al-Halabi’s – or al-Fouani’s – radical past, no matter how much he attempts to conceal his identity from law enforcement or others.
According to a June 2010 posting al-Halabi made on social media, following Israel’s invasion of Beirut, Lebanon in 1982, al-Halabi had found himself at a recruitment office to be trained in how “to defend Lebanon” from what he calls “the Israeli enemy.” He said, when asked why they were there, he and the others had one answer: “We want to fight, and we want to liberate Lebanon and Palestine. We want to die with dignity.”
Al-Halabi mentioned that, at the back of the volunteer line, there was a “helpless” and “crippled” man, who told him that he had been “a survivor of the October war.”
Following the Israeli siege against the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in Beirut, the government of Iran put up money to pay for recruitment centers for a new militant organization made up of religious Shiites named Hezbollah or Party of God, and its focus was in carrying out guerilla warfare against Israelis, who were conducting military activities in Lebanon.
At the time, a large percentage of the Beirut population was Palestinian. The “October War” that the crippled man was speaking of was the Yom Kippur War, which took place in October 1973.
Shortly after the recruitments, in October 1983, a little over one year after Israel’s siege, Hezbollah staged an attack against US Marine barracks stationed in Beirut, killing 241 American servicemen.
This past November, al-Halabi traveled back to his hometown in Syria. While there, he visited the Sayyidah Zaynab mosque – near the Syrian capital of Damascus – where his cousin was killed during an attack on the mosque in 2013. Al-Halabi posted a photo that he took of it, affectionately referring to it as “Lady Zaynab.”
Al-Halabi also posted a photo, taken during the trip, of himself and his mom in Syria. His mother is not the only family he has in Syria. His brother, Ahmad, is there, as well as his nephew, Ahmed. Both live in Damascus. An earlier photo of the three men together is found on the Facebook pages of both al-Halabi and the nephew.
Ahmed, a.k.a. Ahmed HD, is currently a member of Hezbollah. Al-Halabi is close with his nephew. Indeed, they communicate with one another via social media. On different messages, al-Halabi offers prayers to Ahmed and asks if he’s alright. Under a photo, where Ahmed proclaimed his membership in Hezbollah, al-Halabi wrote, “May God protect you and grant you victory...”

And like one another, al-Halabi and Ahmed are both fans of Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah.
Question: When Mohamad al-Halabi took his November trip to Syria, did he have any contact with his terrorist nephew, Ahmed?
One individual al-Halabi definitely had contact with, during his trip, was Damascus lawyer Hassan Alsaed Hussen. Al-Halabi posted a photo of their meeting on his Facebook site. Hussen, in June 2013, prior to changing the profile picture on his personal Facebook page to the ‘scales of justice,’ which it is today, had as his profile pic a photo of the face of Nasrallah.
Shortly before embarking on his trip, on October 25th, al-Halabi posted on his Facebook site a series of photos taken at an Ashura ceremony held in the towns of Kafariya and al-Foua in Syria’s Idlib province. Ashura is commemorated by Shia Muslims as a day of mourning for the death of Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of Muhammad, at the Battle of Karbala in October 680 CE. Included in al-Halabi’s Ashura photos are ones containing Hezbollah flags.
Al-Halabi obtained the photos from a Facebook site devoted to Shiite terrorists. The site features Hezbollah videos and numerous pictures of masked fighters from Hezbollah and pictures of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the Commander of Iran’s Quds Force Qasem Soleimani.
On December 1st, al-Halabi left the Middle East to head back to the United States, where he is today, resuming imam duties at his mosque.
Given al-Halabi’s apparent recruitment into Hezbollah and his praise of Hezbollah’s leader; given his propagandizing of materials from Hezbollah-affiliated websites and his steady contact with his Hezbollah nephew; and given his interaction with overt Hezbollah supporters; al-Halabi’s trip to Syria should be deemed as being something much more than just a friendly visit to friends and family and, in the very least, should have raised red flags with law enforcement.
In fact, al-Halabi’s (al-Fouani’s) entire presence inside the US must be viewed as a potential threat to national security. As such, his communications and activities – at home and abroad – must be monitored constantly.
If you are concerned about Mohamad al-Halabi’s presence inside the United States and wish to voice your opinion, you can contact the Miami FBI office by email at Miami@ic.fbi.gov or by phone at 754-703-2000. Please be respectful in any and all communications with this office.

    Dalia Mogahed: Mainstreaming Islamic Oppression

Sharia advocate goes on the Daily Show to explain why Islamic oppression of women is, hey, really cool.

Dalia Mogahed, formerly Barack Obama’s adviser on Muslim affairs, appeared on Trevor Noah’s sinking-like-a-stone Daily Show last week, to explain to a worshipful Noah and an adoring audience that the hijab represented nothing more or less than the “privatization of women’s sexuality” – and who on earth but the most benighted lout could possibly be against that? The burning outrage of Mogahed’s words was probably missed by most Daily Show viewers. It should not be missed by FrontPage readers.
“The privatization of women’s sexuality.” A well-constructed and extraordinarily clever phrase, to be sure. With it, Mogahed suggests that the only people who could possibly object to women wearing hijabs are those who want to objectify women as sexual commodities. In this, we glimpse the subtle manipulation by which Islamic supremacists such as Mogahed have co-opted and silenced feminists whom one might otherwise have expected to have stood up against the Sharia oppression of women. How can one stand with the objectifiers, the pornographers, the users, the haters, against those who simply want to “privatize” their sexuality?
The audience loved this. Noah ate it up. But there are a few audiences before whom Mogahed’s extremely clever act might not play quite as well as it did before the Daily Show. Aqsa Parvez’s Muslim father choked her to death with her hijab after she refused to wear it. Aqsa might have a few choice words for Dalia Mogahed about “privatization” of her sexuality. And then there was Amina Muse Ali, who was a Christian woman in Somalia whom Muslims murdered because she wasn’t wearing a hijab. Forty women were murdered in Iraq in 2007 for not wearing the hijab. They might wish that their sexuality had been a trifle less “privatized” – at least enough for them to be able to continue to breathe air.
Will Dalia Mogahed and Trevor Noah get together on another Daily Show episode to say a few words in memory of Aqsa, Amina, and the forty Iraqi women? Will they honor the memory of Amira, an Egyptian girl who committed suicide after being brutalized for her family for refusing to “privatize” her sexuality and wear the hijab? Will they defend the freedom of Alya Al-Safar, whose Muslim cousin threatened to kill her and harm her family because she stopped privatizing her sexuality and wearing the hijab in Britain? Will they speak up for the Saudi schoolgirls who were burnt alive because firefighters wouldn’t enter their burning school since they weren’t wearing hijab, i.e., their sexuality was insufficiently privatized?

When will we see the Daily Show episode on Amira Osman Hamid, who faces whipping in Sudan for refusing to wear the hijab? Will we hear about the sexuality privatization of the Muslim and non-Muslim teachers at the Islamic College of South Australia who were told that they had to wear the hijab or be fired? How about the women in Chechnya whom police shot with paintballs because they weren’t wearing hijab; or the women also in Chechnya who were threatened by men with automatic rifles for not wearing hijab; or the elementary school teachers in Tunisia who were threatened with death for not wearing hijab; or the Syrian schoolgirls who were forbidden to go to school unless they wore hijab; or the women in Gaza whom Hamas has forced to wear hijab; or the women in Iran who protested against the regime by daring to take off their legally-required hijab; or the women in London whom Muslim thugs threatened to murder if they didn’t wear hijab; or the anonymous young Muslim woman who doffed her hijab outside her home and started living a double life in fear of her parents? When is the Daily Show episode scheduled about the hazards that lie in the way of women who refuse to “privatize their sexuality”? When will Dalia Mogahed and Trevor Noah spare a few words for these and all the other women and girls who have been killed or threatened, or who live in fear for daring not to wear the hijab?
Dalia Mogahed has done this before. Several years ago she appeared on a British TV show sponsored by the pro-Sharia group Hizb ut-Tahrir and proclaimed: “Sharia is not well understood and Islam as a faith is not well understood.” Who has misunderstood Sharia and Islam, O Ms. Privatized Mogahed? Was it Aqsa Parvez, who might perhaps have believed the establishment codswallop about Islam being a religion of peace and tolerance long enough to think that she might survive into adulthood even while not wearing hijab? Was it any of these other women and girls who might have had a different understanding from that of Ms. Mogahed of the “privatization” of their sexuality, and didn’t deserve to have Ms. Mogahed’s view violently enforced upon them?
Mogahed added on the Hizb ut-Tahrir show that we have erroneously associated Sharia with “maximum criminal punishments” and “laws that… to many people seem unequal to women.” “Seem unequal”? The next time a young man is brutally murdered by his family to cleanse the family “honor,” call my office. Until then, the fact is undeniable: the path to Mogahed’s “privatization of women’s sexuality” is littered with the mangled bodies of those women and girls whose sexuality was deemed insufficiently privatized. For Mogahed and Noah so glibly to gloss over that fact was tantamount to dancing on their graves.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.

Plane Looking For Missing Marines Hit By Green Laser
Makes me wonder if the helicopters were hit with the green laser?
    Via Fox News:
A plane aiding in the search for 12 missing Marines, whose helicopters crashed off the Hawaiian island of Oahu, was reportedly hit with a laser Saturday forcing it to alter its course.
A Coast Guard spokeswoman told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser that if crew members had been directly exposed to the green laser, the C-130 Hercules would’ve had to make an emergency landing and the crew would’ve been examined.
Laser exposure could cause temporary blindness. Pointing a laser an aircraft is a federal crime.

Trump protester Marty Rosenbluth an adviser to Muslim Brotherhood group

To put Rosenbluth on the case indicates that the Muslim Brotherhood is worried about Trump’s ascendancy in the 2016 Presidential contest.

And, if the Muslim Brotherhood wants to kill Trump’s chances it should be clear to all that Trump is on to something with his suggestion that Muslim immigration to America be slowed.
Marty Rosenbluth (left) and Rose Hamid just before they were removed from the Trump event in South CarolinaRemember the political stunt at the Trump rally in Rock Hill, South Carolina on January 8th where a Muslim woman stood ‘silently’ in protest wearing a yellow star (a reader informed me I was wrong in my initial characterization of the star) and standing next to her was the social justice lawyer and community organizer Marty Rosenbluth.
See our earlier report on the stunt here. CAIR was obviously prepped and waiting in the wings to launch its usual hissy-fit!
Because one of the primary goals of American Resistance 2016! is to ‘showcase’ those working to promote mass migration to America and especially Muslim immigration of all sorts, I wanted to know more about Rosenbluth.
Know the enemy. Professional pro-Palestinian agitator Rosenbluth apparently cooked up the scheme that got him and Hamid booted from Trump rally.First, see the article at the Progressive ‘Democracy Now’ where reporter (and Democracy Now! founder) Amy Goodman interviews Rose Hamid about how she came to be standing during a Trump speech with that yellow star pinned to her shirt. (Shoebat.com has an extensive look at Hamid’s political background, click here for that information.)
First, she and Rosenbluth did not arrive at the venue wearing the star perhaps knowing they might be turned away at the door, but pinned them on their clothing only after Trump began to speak.
Hamid claims she just wanted Trump supporters to meet a Muslim and find out that they aren’t people to be feared. If that was her real agenda, she blew it! Clearly it wasn’t. Note in the interview some of those sitting around her treated her kindly and with friendly conversation until Rosenbluth made his move, pinned the star on his shirt and apparently directed Hamid to stand up.
Rosenbluth is a skilled Leftwing agitator as we learned when spending only a few minutes looking around for more information on him.
First, see Democracy Now where we learn how it all went down from the Left’s view of things.
Then, be sure to see this article featuring (aggressive) immigration attorney Rosenbluth working in Durham, North Carolina on behalf of illegal alien clients facing deportation. We learn that he was an anti-Israeli activist on the West Bank.
Ten years ago, this wasn’t the job Rosenbluth would have imagined for himself. A New York native, Rosenbluth spent more than seven years in the West Bank, advocating for Palestinians who, because of laws restricting their employment, depended on informal street corner markets for work.
Perhaps it is that part of his resume that brought him into contact with the Muslim American Society, a Muslim Brotherhood advocacy group in the United States.
Rosenbluth is listed on their website as an ‘advisor.’ Here is what they say about him:
Advisor – Marty Rosenbluth... Marty Rosenbluth prides himself on being soft-spoken and calm, speaking the language of human rights. Beyond his words are his actions which have been most impressive. Mary was Amnesty International’s area specialist for Israel/Occupied Territories in the 1980s. Marty RosenbluthIn addition to publishing a plethora of media, such as reports, case studies, press releases, mailings, leaflets, audio/visual recordings created by Palestinian and Israeli human rights groups, Marty is also an independent documentary film-maker. His publications feature material from Palestinian trade unions and U.S. based solidarity groups, and first hand accounts of events and conditions in the Occupied Territories. He has worked as an organizer, policy advocate, community educator and is specialized in analyzing the collateral immigration consequences of criminal convictions, while providing direct services to the newly-arrived undocumented.
Did you know that Khalid Shaikh Mohammed went to college in North Carolina? Was it simply a case of naive college administrators looking for paying foreign students, or was NC chosen for a reason? I’ve been wondering about that for years. He was also involved (at least at one point) with North Carolina’s ‘Southern Coalition for Social Justice’ just one more of George Soros’ little projects. See their funders here.
I’m sure there is much more if one wanted to spend more time digging, but this is enough to let you know this was a carefully staged event which frankly doesn’t endear Americans to their Muslim neighbors as supposedly Ms. Hamid and her handler Rosenbluth claimed they wanted to do. What a joke!
To our friends in North Carolina:

It has puzzled me for years about how your state got targeted initially as a prime refugee resettlement state and a prime destination for Muslim migration in America. Why?
See all of my posts at RRW on North Carolina by clicking here. And, see especially this 2011 post about how KSM went to college there.

Kent State Professor Investigated By FBI For Recruiting Students For ISIS
He’s a twofer, he’ll make your kids both leftist and Islamist.
    Via Kent Wired:
The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security are investigating Julio Pino, a Kent State associate history professor, for alleged involvement with the Islamic State, also known as ISIS or ISIl.
A joint terrorism task force has been investigating Pino for the last year and a half, said an FBI special agent who did not wish to be named for safety reasons.
“There is no direct threat to the university,” the agent said.
The agent said they interviewed several faculty members and more than 20 of Pino’s students Tuesday about his alleged involvement. He is also being investigated for allegedly recruiting students to join ISIS.
He previously got into trouble for shouting ‘Death to Israel’ at a speech by the ADL at the university.
Here’s a little more on him:
Pino, who is a tenured professor at the northeastern Ohio campus, cultivates a revolutionary image. On his Facebook page, he says that he is inspired by, among others, former Iranian leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and the late Red Army Faction co-founder Ulrike Meinhof, alongside philosophers Rosa Luxemburg and Friedrich Engels.
In April 2002, Pino wrote a guest column in the campus newspaper in which he praised Ayat al-Akhras, a teenage Palestinian suicide bomber who had murdered Rachel Levy, 17, and security guard Haim Smadar, 55, at a supermarket in Jerusalem’s Kiryat Hayovel neighborhood the previous month.
The column was titled “Singing out Prayer for a Youth Martyr,” and in it, Pino wrote that Akhras “died a martyr’s death… in occupied Jerusalem, Palestine.”

Tennessee and Sharia Law Can’t Coexist

Posted on January 20, 2016 by Baron Bodissey

Below is the latest newsletter from the Tennessee Council for Political Justice.

Newsletter #192 — Tennessee and Sharia Law Can’t Coexist
A 2015 poll conducted by the Polling Company for the Center for Security Policy found that 51% of Muslims living in U.S. want sharia law to govern their lives.
The textbook “What Islam Is All About” used at Anoor Academy, the private Islamic school in Knoxville, says that an Islamic society governed by Islamic sharia law is best and that the way for Muslims to “become great again” is by “establishing the power of Islam in the world.”
The certified English translation of codified sharia law is easily accessible in the “Reliance of the Traveller, the Classic Manual of Sacred Islamic Law.” This compilation of sharia law was authenticated by both the Fiqh Council of North America (FCNA)* and Al Azhar University in Cairo, the preeminent teaching center of sharia law. The book is available from Amazon or can be read online. A complete PDF is also posted in the Documents tab on this blog.
Al Azhar University is at the forefront of the Islamist movement by their training of Islamic radicals tied to the Muslim Brotherhood. It is an established institution known for the propagation of Islam and sharia as a complete way of life. Al Azhar’s leadership denounces secular Muslims but remains unwilling to renounce ISIS.
The Murfreesboro imam Osama Bahloul was trained at Al Azhar. Other imams in Tennessee, like Memphis imam Yasir Qadhi were trained in Saudi Arabia where sharia law is strictly enforced.
The political Islamist Paul “Iesa” Galloway, a former CAIR director, and is now Executive Director for AMAC (American Muslim Advisory Council) and ACO (American Center for Outreach), says if you want to know about Islam, ask a Muslim.
TNC 4 Political Justice says: Better yet, use sourced materials from the expert Islamic scholars at Al Azhar.

Below are excerpts from the Reliance of the Traveller about the Islamic sharia law that Paul “Iesa” Galloway and his Muslim community are supposed to be following.
Tennessee law versus sharia law (ROT citations are to Reliance of the Traveller)
Art. 1 Sec. 1 of the Tennessee Constitution
“All power is inherent in the people and all free governments are founded on their authority”…and they have the right at all times, “to alter, reform or abolish the government…”

Many people in the West are wondering what causes jihad. CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin invited Christopher Dickey, foreign editor of the Daily Beast, to explain. According to Mr. Dickey, terrorism has nothing to do with Islam. Instead, terrorism is the result of three factors: (1) testosterone, (2) identifying with an oppressed group, and (3) a desire for fame. Is he right? In this video, David Wood shows that CNN is once again whitewashing jihad.

CNN's Tom Foreman attempted to explain the tactics of ISIS. Instead of examining the commands of Allah and Muhammad, however, Foreman discussed the Vikings, Vlad the Impaler, Hitler, Stalin, and the Khmer Rouge. Can we take this network seriously when they go to this extent to avoid important topics? David Wood examines Foreman's claims.
