Muslim Avoids Jail For Anally Raping Teen Because He “Couldn’t Understand No”

Court also claimed forced anal sex wasn't rape

Despite his 14-year-old victim repeatedly saying “no,” a Muslim migrant won’t face rape charges because the court claimed he had “difficulties in interpreting” the word “no.”
The Hovrätten (royal court) of Western Sweden said the Iraqi, who had former convictions, had “suspected ADHD,” which, according to the court, gave him “difficulties in interpreting and interacting with other people as well as recognizing the standards he is expected to live up to.”

This despite video evidence of the girl resisting and repeatedly saying “no” during the sexual assault – and despite evidence indicating the girl was blackmailed by the migrant who reportedly threatened to harass her family.
The court sided with the migrant even further by suggesting the girl’s repeated “no” only pertained to forced anal sex, which the judges somehow did not consider rape.



“Abdul will instead be sentenced for protection and will be included in the Freedom Relation and Relationship Program ROS, instead pay 60,000 SEK [roughly $6,650 US dollars] to the girl in compensation,” reported Swedish media, who also said Abdul is still a citizen of Iraq.
The incident occurred on Oct. 4, 2016 in Gothenburg at Abdul’s own apartment, but it wasn’t reported how the girl got there in the first place.
Another Muslim migrant charged with rape in Sweden two months ago was similarly slapped on the wrist by the court after anally raping a 13-year-old girl.
The Syrian migrant was only sentenced to two months in jail and ordered to pay the equivalent of $2800 to the victim.
He received a light sentence partially because the court accepted his “Syrian papers” claiming he was a minor despite Swedish paperwork stating otherwise.
“The then-17-year-old man, who since turned 18, pulled a 13-year-old girl on one of the school’s toilets, locked the door and then raped her,” reported the Swedish newspaper Expressen. “During the trial, the convicted rapist’s age has been a major issue.”“His personal shows that he was born in 1998, and was 18 years old when the crimes were committed, but by his own admission he was born in 1999.”

Qatar’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has opened Scandinavia’s largest mosque in Malmö, Sweden.
The 1,791 square metre Umm Al-Mu’minin Khadijah Mosque will be able to accommodate around 2,000 devotees and cost the Qatari government around three million euros, according to the Qatar News Agency.

Carl Schiøtz Wibye, Norway’s former ambassador to neighbouring Saudi Arabia, has suggested that European governments must “weed out local influence wherever it comes from, be it through financial support, literature or videos by preachers who say terrible things online”, in part by banning the foreign funding of religious institutions, such as the Malmö mega-mosque.
“In addition, we [should] require that all imams should speak Norwegian, so we can better understand what is happening in the Muslim community,” Wibye added.
Malmö, which is Sweden’s third-largest city, has become a hotbed of drug crime, gun crime and extremism following large-scale Muslim immigration. Regular grenade attacks are a particularly worrying feature of life in the city, given the potential for terror attacks on the wider population.
“Malmö is infamous for explosions,” retired police chief superintendent Torsten Elofsson told Breitbart London in late 2015….
Elofsson believes it is accurate to describe parts of Malmö and other areas of Sweden as having become “no-go zones”, and claimed that the number of these is “expanding”.

Sweden Sees Significant Increase In Asylum Seekers After Scrapping ID Checks at Border

Last Thursday, the Swedish government removed border checks for travelers entering the country by rail, sea, and bus. The policy, which was enacted during the height of the migrant crisis in January 2016, was meant to stop asylum seekers illegally entering the country.
Now, the government says migrants are returning in large numbers, Swedish broadcaster Sveriges Radio reports.
In the Swedish province of Scania, where there are still border controls, officials have claimed attempted entry by asylum seekers is on the rise.

A 70-year-old Swedish woman is facing up to four years in prison for complaining on Facebook about migrants defecating in the streets.

A 70 year old woman in Dalarna prosecuted for hate speech after writing on Facebook that immigrants are defecating in the streets, writes DT.se.

The penalty for incitement to racial hatred is imprisonment not exceeding two years or, for petty offenses, fines. If the offense is considered to be grave sentenced the defendants to prison terms of between six months and four years.

She’s being dragged into court and threatened with jail for a two year old Facebook post which is factually correct.
While the Western media and leftist “human rights” groups will whine about attacks on free speech in places like China and Russia, in Sweden and Germany they’re throwing people in prison for writing “anti-migrant” Facebook posts.

Predictably, the Swedish Institute is not being honest. Their list doesn’t consist solely of those who threaten and incite violence against people, or of neo-Nazis and the like. It also contains legitimate opposition voices, people who have never called for or justified violence, and people who are not remotely neo-Nazis. Do you really think the Israeli ambassador to Sweden engages in “baiting, threats, hatred and incitement against immigrants, women and LGBTQ-persons”? (Actually, thoroughly propagandized Leftists probably do.) Sweden Democrat parliamentarian Kent Ekeroth is on the list, as am I. The Swedish government would probably insist that we are both neo-Nazis or some such, but would be abjectly incapable of backing up its smears with any actual evidence. Ekeroth and I are on the list for the crime of opposing the government-sponsored Muslim migrant influx that has already transformed Swedish society forever, made Stockholm the rape capital of the world, and heralds the demise of Sweden as a free nation. The Swedish government that has made all that happen is determined to go down with the ship, and to demonize to the very last those who are offering lifeboats.

One of these international accounts belongs to The Israeli Ambassador in Sweden. Several parliamentarians from different parties are also on the list, but also journalists and public figures….
“Registers of people’s personal views exist in other countries, like Iran, North Korea and Cuba. Or, I shouldn’t say North Korea – over there people are killed directly. But in those countries they have registers of people’s opinions, and exactly as in the case of those registers, it goes without saying that there are many critics and oppositional persons on these lists. But there are also completely innocent people that only by association ended up on the lists”, says Hanif Bali, Member of Parliament from the Moderate Party, to Nyheter Idag.
On Tuesday, The Swedish Institute removed the blockings on Twitter. When Nyheter Idag requests the blocking list from The Swedish Institute, the agency refers to the removal of the blockings and that “this means that there no longer exists any list to request”.

Do Swedish authorities think that their Muslim migrants will treat them with reciprocal leniency when they’re in power? They’re in for a surprise.

An Afghan claiming to be 19 years raped during the brutal forms a real child, a boy, a HVB home. Now he is sentenced to a month in prison and avoid deportation because he already had become a Swedish citizen – even though he was previously convicted of violent crimes.
…Afterwards Mehdi explained that he would kill the boy if he told the police what happened.
The boy managed, with the help of Google Translate, explaining to a female employee at his accommodation that he had been raped. And now the judges Malmö District Court, 19-year-old Afghan rape and abuse of judicial procedure – to a month in prison.
Mehdi can not be expelled because he has become a Swedish citizen…..
